Psychokinesis

My main question is can anyone give me any advice or thoughts on how and if its possible to speed up kinetic energy to ignite something??? Ive seen John Chang and he uses Yang chi but i was wondering could i train to do it psychokinetically instead?... since i can at least do a stasis field on a wind mill and...
