White Skeleton Meditation Guided :
All three videos together, come to about 2 1/2 hours. Very powerful meditation & energy cultivation techniques here. It is rare to find someone to guide you through this without paying for classes, & even then the teacher may not be aware of these methods; enjoy:)
Here i'll post the techniques described in the book with methods for psychic development. These are only a few of the pages, i mostly intended to just scan the illustrations, but they didn't seem too useful without the text supplementing it. The book has many chapters on various things discussed around the forum which i found incredible. so if you guys like the contents let me know and i'll scan an entire chapter you select. The chapters are titled:
Introduction 1
philosophy 9
concentration 17
meditation 23
psychic isometrics 33
center development 39
mantras 43
breathing exercises 47
using a mirror 55
development of will power 59
astral projection 63
awakening of kundalini 71
conclusion 79
Appendices
Appendix I ( The Master Chakras ) 83
Appendix II ( Sensory Concentration ) 87
Appendix III ( "Magnet" Development ) 89
Appendix IV ( Solar Plexus Development ) 91
Appendix V ( Psychic Healing ) 93
Appendix VI ( Psychic Photography ) 95
Appendix VII ( The mass of light method ) 99
I'm considering on scanning the whole book and somehow making it into a pdf for everyone eventually cause the info in here seems golden, especially the info in the appendices. It's just going to take a longgg time lol. That's why i'll do a bit at a time for anyone who's interested in a specific chapter, i'll upload that first.
PS. owl12 thanks for the great video finds :)
edit: wth lol why did the picture's resize down so small that the text can't be read? i'll have to figure out some other way of getting the pictures online, i might upload them on some site and link them here. sorry about that
Re-Edit: sorry guys, i'm suddenly worried about copyright laws. I got an unusually strange feeling that I should take it down.
"True focus lies between rage and serenity."
No problem man, what is the title of the book, if you don't mind sharing. I'm sure I could find a copy:)
It's called "Methods of Psychic Development" by Dr. Quantz Crawford. :)
"True focus lies between rage and serenity."
I will definitely pick it up:)
i did not know where to ask this but does any one no what white bluish tinted aura represents?
If every human became enlightened the human race would truly none exist or we would realize we never did in
I think aura colors are individual and represent your feelings / the state of mind that you're in. Meditating or 'listening' to the feelings and thoughts that pop up in association to that color might lead you to your answer =).
For me, bluish white associates with something peaceful, soothing and spiritual.

Yin & Yang, are always happening at the same time. For example, if you look at an object like a cup; the form of the cup is the yang part, but it is the emptiness(yin), in and around the cup that makes the cup work. You can only appreciate yang because of yin & vice verse.
As to how this applies to the psi_wheel or PK in general. I don't think that you have to think about it in terms of manipulating Yin & Yang. The Tao, if you are going to work with these terms, is a state of consciousness much deeper than Yin & Yang.
I'm basically saying that Yin & Yang are illusory, or like a reflection on the surface of the water; real & unreal at the same time. The projector causing the reflection is the you that watches.
I hope that doesn't sound too much like a fortune cookie, lol. You are seeing what you want to see. You are the Yin & the Yang; you are the Tao. Meditate until you reach a state of ecstasy, & then penetrate the ecstasy with wisdom of emptiness:)

Cultivation of Yin/Yang energies & Merging :
From a Taoist perspective, yin energy is what most psions are already working with; the connection we feel with the environment & it's available potentials. One may obviously concentrate exclusively on yin cultivation & become quite powerful. The act of yin cultivation will also indirectly cultivate some yang energy by virtue of the act of concentration, but its slower.
The most direct way to cultivate yang energy that I have seen, is inward concentration on the lower dan tien. Concentrate attention in the area 3 finger widths below the navel, & in the center of the body depth wise. Place attention on a point in this area, about the size of the head of a pin; or smaller if you can imagine it. The smaller the point; the more the power. The yang cultivation really begins during the process of breath cessation which occurs during the true meditation phase of the concentration. What I mean by meditation phase, is deeper concentrated absorption. Internal energies move into the central channel at this stage. Oxygen hunger goes way down to the point where you don't seem to be breathing. You are actually breathing through the pores & chakras. Over time, the infinitely small point of concentration will grow into a dense knot, which will continue to grow in density. It's analogous to a singularity at the center of a black hole. If you want to cultivate yang energy faster remain celibate for at least 100 days. Women should work with conservation of energy lost through menstruation(will write a separate post later). As with direct yin cultivation, some yin energies will naturally be cultivated during direct yang cultivation.
What happens to the body through both methods of cultivation, is basically that you are becoming a powerful magnet. With yin you are working with electrical forces; with yang you are working with nuclear forces. When one has developed the heavy knot in the lower dan tien, through yang cultivation & has become used to the breath cessation phase. You will be aware of the porous nature of the flesh. The more you relax into the practice & let go; the more it will feel like the body is not there at all. The body is a small sphere(dan tien), & a large sphere(the universe), with the central channel as an axis extending in infinite vertical poles; inner & outer separation has dissolved.
The merging phase, happens when the yin large sphere of the universe, mixes with the yang small sphere. Some practitioners call this packing, & there are gross & subtle methods to merging. Gross methods involve hard breath holding, muscle straining which can be dangerous for the body, & is only necessary, if one lacks sensitivity & has not achieved natural breath cessation during the yang cultivation phase, or any concentration practice for that matter. If breath cessation has become a normal part of your practice; all that is need for the merging to occur, is be mindful of the inner sphere & outer sphere simultaneously, as one dan tien during breath cessation.
If you have not mastered breath cessation; another less subtle & slower merging method, is to expand awareness to the edge of the larger sphere(outer universe), on the exhale, pausing after exhaling for as long as is comfortable. Then contracting into the small sphere(dan tien) on the inhale compressing the edge of the larger sphere upon the smaller sphere, & pausing before the next exhale for as longer as is comfortable.
If one cannot manage either of the above methods, forceful intention & muscle tension may be used in hold breath & pulling energy into the lower dan tien, but this method can be dangerous without a teacher watching you, & is unnecessary if one one practices patiently from the beginning. You get more energy without strain if you practice the right way:)
Thank you, this clarifies a lot :)
