Rocky's Supplement Shop started out as Cenla Physique Counsel in the early 1990's a training and nutrition class to help local lifters and fitness enthusiasts attain their goals and save money on their supplements. The class grew and supplying their supplements grew. CPC was even able to promote our own bodybuilding competition for two years - The Pelican Iron Classic. Eventually growth was so great that it made sense to open a store front to help even more people reach their goals. The knowledge of those early days has grown too. Now many people have been served and helped since the opening of the store in May of 2004.
