Staircase

Completely refurbished from floor to ceiling, the fireplace features Hawi dark grey ceramic tiles with a concrete wave effect and a matte finish. The hearth features slick concrete grey, DCOF certified, porcelain tiles and a bi-fold glass fireplace door in matte black.

The staircase received a dramatic transformation with new stair treads, a white oak post-to-post handrail system and iron balusters in satin black.

A custom nook was carved out to include slimline cabinetry in ‘wrought iron’ black with honey bronze pulls topped with a white quartz counter . Also included are two floating shelves in white oak and dimmable puck lights.

When teaming black and white with rustic wood, you set the perfect tone for a naturally warm environment. The engineered European Oak wood flooring not only acts as a mediator but can also withstand high moisture environments and daily use without a lot of wear and tear.

Although small, the powder room is a vital part of the home for family members and guests alike. This powder bathroom received a contemporary update including custom Omega cabinetry with honey bronze pulls. An undermount sink with a widespread faucet in matte black is set into a white quartz countertop with a 4 inch back splash. A beautiful mid-century vanity light featuring clear glass globes sits over a metal framed mirror. Completing the look are attractive hints of gold, antique brass and honey bronze hardware.

The kitchen features flat front ‘wrought iron’ black cabinets with honey bronze pulls on one wall and ‘Chantilly lace’ white cabinets with matte black pulls on the other. A sleek black refrigerator and built in microwave-oven blend seamlessly into the cabinetry. The kitchen island brings a dramatic look with black cabinetry matched with a polished white quartz countertop and a waterfall edge that cascades seamlessly to the floor. A matte black and luxe gold Brizo Litze wall-mounted pot filler sits atop a counter to ceiling polished quarts backsplash in Calacatta Plata. The pantry was redesigned with floating white oak shelves, under cabinet LED lighting and custom cabinetry including unique modular pull-out drawers.
