    Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) 5ml Pure Essential Oil

    This oil has a light, fresh, citrus aroma.  The refreshing and uplifting qualities of Bergamot make it ideal as an aid to maintaining a balanced mood, guarding against agitation and stress.  Bergamot has antiseptic and restorative qualities, making it useful for ensuring a healthy skin and digestive system.

    Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.

    Warning: Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. If pregnant or suffering from medical condition seek advice before use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Flammable.
