Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) 5ml Pure essential oil

Myrrh is Steam distilled from the resin or gum.  Myrrh has a sweet incense like warm spicy aroma.  Myrrh is soothing, healing anti-inflammatory, helping mature complexions to retain a youthful appearance and helps numerous skin conditions.  It is also effective for respiratory system, giving relief to asthma, bronchitis and colds.

Directions: Add 5-6 drops to a bath or vaporiser, for massage dilute in 10-15ml of carrier oil or lotion.
