    A soothing and moisturising light base for facial toner, can be used on own or blended with other ingredients of your choice.  This is a water based toner base. 

    Ingredients: Aqua, Hamamelis virginiana water & alcohol (Witch Hazel), Propylene glycol, Allantoin, Sodium hyaluronate, Lactic acid, Propanediol, Tartaric acid, Gluconic acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium levinate, Citric acid, Phenoxyethanol
