    Valerian Essential Oil is Steam Distilled from the rhizomes.  It has an earthy warm musky odour.  Valerian  Essential Oil is recommended for restlessness  and is known to be effective for insomnia. Valerian is also been used for nervous tension & indigestion and migraine.
