INKAS Releases Chairman Package For New Armored 2019 Cadillac Escalade

INKAS, a Canada-based company that specializes in the design and production of armored vehicles for commercial and personal use, releases its Armored Cadillac Escalade Chairman Package. Already equipped with a multitude of luxurious features that will make any passenger feel like a head of state, the Armored Cadillac Escalade can be further configured with packages ranging from $300,000 up to $500,000 for the bulletproof capability.

Thanks to the Cadillac’s long wheelbase, which measures at 3302mm, the Escalade ESV can provide maximum comfort and luxury for the passengers. The Chairman Package allows for the conversion of the spacious passenger compartment into an executive mobile office, a luxurious VIP transport cabin, or a comfortable daily or long-trip carrier.

On the exterior, the Cadillac boasts of its iconic appearance, front grille, and chrome accents. But INKAS made sure the Chairman Package will make the Escalade stand out as they also fitted it with a four-inch roof extension that increases passenger comfort and ease of entry and exit.

The interior design will stand out from the rest of the luxury vehicles available in the market. INKAS fitted the Cadillac Escalade with premium Italian hides, Alcantara Suedes, exotic wood paneling, and a variety of comfort and luxury features such as a mini bar with liquor dispenser, air purification system, SmartTV, 4G LTE hotspot, advanced entertainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integrations, and a 16-speaker setup.

Other cabin features are the power-reclining captain chairs featuring power ottomans, massage, heating and cooling capabilities with in-vehicle lighting provided through the INKAS® DayLight™ headliner system. Aside from a 360-degree closed-circuit camera system with an on-vehicle PVR, as well as cloud backup functionality, additional options— biometric gun safes, satellite TV and telephone systems, heavy-duty exhaust fans for cigar lovers, and evasive security features—are available for buyers. All electronic components can be controlled through the INKAS touchscreen tablet system.

The performance will be based on a 6.2-liter V8 engine that’s paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission producing 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. The entire perimeter of the vehicle’s body is clad with armoring materials that can provide protection from 7.62x51mm or .308 Winchester FMJ ammunition. It is also capable of surviving the explosion from two hand grenades detonated simultaneously below the limousines floor. An additional option allows buyers to equip this vehicle with bulletproof material.

INKAS Releases AR App For Its Armored Vehicles

Not to be outdone by the high-tech smart cars, hypercars, and even crossovers of today’s auto industry, Canada’s armored vehicle maker, INKAS, released an augmented reality app that will allow anyone to view the INKAS Sentry MPV and the INKAS Sentry APC online in a three-dimensional, 360-degree environment.

Launched recently and now available for download in the App Store and Google Play , the augmented reality app will bring the armored vehicle industry closer to its intended market. It is the first of its kind in the industry, according to a statement from INKAS, and gives anyone the ability to view INKAS’ vehicles anytime, anywhere.

AR is not a new technology by any means of the word. In fact, it has been increasingly present in films, social media, video games, healthcare, and even interior design, but INKAS wants to use augmented reality to provide a new way for people to experience its vehicles.

Through the app, interested people can virtually step inside the vehicle and check out the vehicles. This does not only give the target market the flexibility to shop around without the need to visit the actual showroom but they can also envision the vehicle in real time anywhere in the world.

One of the main features of the app is the ability to change the vehicle’s finishing with spray paint. This custom-design feature aims to add fun to the “window shopping” experience. It also allows prospective clients to see how the color can change the look and feel of the vehicle.

The app also allows interested groups to navigate the vehicles’ “protective features” through the Features mode, which provides visual cues and descriptions of the vehicles’ features. Among the protective features are reinforced ballistic glass and blast protection.

$1.2 Million Mercedes-AMG G63 Limo Has Bulletproof Body

You never know when you’ll need a bulletproof vehicle and if you ever do, take a look at the Mercedes-AMG G63 . It’s a limousine with a bulletproof exterior and lavish amenities in the cabin. You can never go wrong with this armored sport utility vehicle.

You may have to shell out a whopping $1.2 million in cold cash but if you need the extra protection, there’s no bulletproof vehicle more elegant than the Mercedes-AMG G63 limousine. INKAS, the Canadian maker of armored autos, is offering the G63 limousine along with a number of their other creations.

Outside, the limo is wrapped in advanced body armor, ballistic glass, and perimeter surveillance systems. There are infrared and thermal cameras that have the capacity to record local footage. These footages can then be uploaded to a secure cloud server that owners can later view.

The best feature is that the body armor can stop bullets leaving a 7.62 mm high-power rifle. The limousine can also handle explosions from two DM51 hand grenades. In other words, even the president of the United States can be safely tucked inside this vehicle.

Inside, the $1.2 million price tag brings plenty of comfortable features such as the rear seats with a massage function and fully recline. From where you seat, you will be able to control the built-in command center that operates all of the media, lighting and security functions of the SUV.

Included in the entertainment system are 4K Apple TV hooked to a 4K television, voice control capability, and a motorized bar with a chiller to keep those fuzzy champagnes chilled.

Still looking for more? The limo also comes with a daylight function that will simulate real light and reduce passenger fatigue.

The Mercedes-AMG G63 will be powered by a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that can make 563 horsepower. Hopefully, the added features won’t make it slow and turn it sluggish.
