3M Window FilmsREFERRAL AGENT AGREEMENT

Sunray Window Films, LLC agrees to pay the undersigned agent a 10% commission based on the gross sale for any referral that results in the sale of 3M Window Films. This agreement applies only to sales of $350 or greater. The maximum commission allowed on any referral is $1,000. Commission check will be made payable to the Company listed above unless otherwise noted and will be paid within 30 days of installation.
