Located at 100 Rockwell Avenue, this four bedroom cottage is on a quiet dead-end street with views of the Atlantic.
There is a deck over the front
entrance room and it is a great place to do morning yoga, to read a book in the sun or to sip a glass of wine in the late afternoon or evening with an ocean view.
The cottage has two floors with two bedrooms on each floor. One queen and two twin beds on the first floor
and one king and two twin beds on
the second floor. There are two bathrooms, both on the first floor. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The newly remodeled kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove with oven and broiler, full size refrigerator with
bottom freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes. The closet, off the kitchen, has a full sized washer and dryer for your use.
