Ingredients

 2 cups of butter milk

2 tsp hot pepper sauce

3 teaspoons or to taste, The Epicentre Chicken Love

bone in chicken parts 6-8 pieces

softened butter or margerine

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup cornmeal 

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine buttermilk, The Epicentre Chicken Love and hot sauce in a large non-metallic bowl.  Add chicken and coat all pieces, this will be covered and refrigerated for a minimum of six hours, maximum 24 hours.  Stir occasionally

Preheat oven to 425°.  Coat a rimmed baking sheet with softened butter (or line baking sheet with parchment paper)

In a shallow dish combine, salt, pepper, flour and cornmeal

 Remove chicken pieces from marinade, letting excess drip off and coat evenly  in flour mixture. place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.  Then reduce oven temperature to 375 and turn over chicken pieces and continue to bake another 10 to 15 minutes until coating is crispy.
