    Discuss with your supervisor and/or fiscal officer which systems you should have access to based on your particular responsibilities. The System Access Form will need to be submitted to Financial.System.Access@dartmouth.edu in order to provide access to many of these systems.

    Oracle Chart of Accounts Self-Paced Course

    This course will provide an understanding of the General Ledger Chart of Accounts and the PTAEO used in the Oracle Grants Accounting. Click here to register through ABC Signup

    IRA Basic-Running Financial Reports

    This course will provide an understanding of the financial reporting tool (IRA). This is a prerequisite for the IRA Advanced course. Click here to register through ABC Signup

    IRA Advanced- Modifying IRA Report Views

    Learn how to use the Answers tool to modify IRA report views to create customized report views. 

    Journal Entries in Oracle General Ledger, Web ADI

    This course explains the journal entry process, guidelines and rules, and how to use the WebADI tool to create and upload journal entries to the Oracle General Ledger. Note: The Journal Entry method taught in this course is for non-grant-related transactions only. To register for this course, please contact Financial System Access .

    Journal Entries in Oracle Grants Accounting, SPUD & Cost Transfers

    iExpense Expense Report Training

    iExpense allows faculty and staff to enter and submit expense reports using a standard web browser and integrates with Oracle Payables for quick processing and payment. Training guides and videos are available.

    Kronos Electronic Timecard

    All hourly-paid employees must use the Kronos Electronic Timecard system to record their work hours. Employees with web-access should login in to Kronos : ( https://kronos.dartmouth.edu ) to track hours worked.

    OnBase Unity Client

    The OnBase Unity Client is Dartmouth's Records Management System and provides document workflow. Through OnBase you can submit, store, and retrieve documentation. 

    All College Employees, Students, and anyone with a NetID has access to the web-based Finance eForms for the submission, approval routing, transactional processing, and Institutional records retention.
