The Ferrari 812 Superfast was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show last March. The name “Ferrari” alone is enough to command respect and convince us that the car is bound to be amazing. The automaker also didn’t go around the bush in naming the replacement of the F12 Berlinetta, so it simply called its new creation the “Superfast”.

Recently, the Ferrari 812 Superfast  was once again showcased in Japan. The car definitely didn’t fail our expectations. Here we examine the five key details that define the Ferrari 812 Superfast:

1. Engine

The Ferrari 812 Superfast houses a mighty 6.5-liter V12 engine. The unit produces 789 hp and 530 lb-ft of torque. The numbers push the car from zero to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds. Then its max speed goes up to 211 mph.

Currently, the Superfast is considered by its maker as the fastest and most powerful Ferrari. Most of the major changes in the vehicle went to its engine as its maker wanted to set the benchmark for V12 performance in the car. The handling of the auto is improved by its EPS (Electric Power Steering), which a first in a Ferrari car.

2. Exterior

The Ferrari 812 Superfast carries many styling elements found in the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. However, the very noticeable cosmetic updates from the Superfast include the mesh in the front bumper and lighting system.

3. Interior

The cabin of the Superfast again follows the minimalistic design of its predecessor. For those who wish to boost the look and functions of the car can avail of the Ferrari Personalisation Programme. The add-ons include an upgraded telemetry system, high-end audio system with 12 speakers and 1,280 Watt amplifier with Quantum Logic.

The new design is in contrast with the existing Leaf with mild-looking fascia. The baggy camouflage wrap of the spied new model of the auto make it hard to distinguish its body lines and actual edges though.

From full-charge, he car is estimated to run up to 340 miles on pure electric power before its battery runs out of juice. The 2017 Nissan Leaf electric vehicle presents a pretty decent look packed with just enough horsepower and zero-need for fossil fuel. This June, there are some companies in various parts of the United States of America that provide Nissan Leaf EV lease deals with plenty of ways to gain up to $10,000 in lease discounts.

According to Green Car Reports , Nissan is working with various partners in order to provide $10,000 off on customers getting a 2017 Leaf lease. The savings add to the $7,500 federal income-tax credit of the government. Doing the math, that’s a whopping total of $17,500 in incentives.

One of the companies where customers can save is Baltimore Gas & Electric in Baltimore City, Maryland. A $10,000 discount is offered at the end of June. It can’t be combined with other lease deals though.

Another company offering the same deal outside the coverage area of BG&E is Constellation Energy. The offer was introduced in January but it has been extended up to the end of this month. It should be reminded that there is a need to register with EZ-EV to avail of the deal.

Next is EVgo national charging network in the southern area of Texas. Their partnership with Nissan allows customers to get the same amount of incentive. People availing the deal are required to sign up for an EZ-charge card and the promo is only available for new sign-ups.

For people in Hawaii, the same $10,000 incentive on Nissan Leaf EV lease are offered by Kaua’i Island Utility Cooperative and Hawaiian Electric Company. The deal runs until the end of June.

The source said Nissan might be offering the huge incentives to entice customers into buying their first-generation Leaf EVs in order to clear their supply. A 2018 model of the car is set to be unveiled some time this year with sales of the new model to commence as early as December 2017.
